Wow what a Windsor monster! A great way of solving the weak head set up. By installing the head sealing rings! Then correctly diagnosed the head lifting issues. And solving it with a comprehensive understanding of the problem. And putting in bigger rings to compensate for the problem! Learned more again! And as ever cracking video bud!! Thanks!!!

I grew up in my older brother Genes speed shop that specialized in Fords during the sixties and early seventies. That’s where I learned how critically important paying strict attention to the smallest of details is. Prestige has taken the engine assembly detailing process and turned it into a science of perfection. Well done PM !

I learn a LOT on your videos, thank you so much for that, even if I work mainly with lower displacement german and japanese engines (you call it "import" over there I think), there's so much to learn here, especially about forced induction. Plus: Every video I realize that the stuff you're working with over there is so much different from the european engines. Cooler in many ways, but that's just my opinion. Keep up this good work, this channel's a gem!

@young119843 жыл бұрын
@@codycall6513 “basic rotating assembly upgrades” yea like crank rods and pistons, epoxied deck to keep it from splitting the cylinder bores then you have to do the head work, cams etc on the K series and doubt it will come in at 2/3 the price and even be reliable then. Maybe on the 2J you can get by at 2/3 but still reliability will suffer, i know several K20-24s at 12-1500hp and 1 2J around 1650 and neither are rock solid reliable but are around $15k builds....they are solid at 800 though

A motor dont care whose name is on the valve covers . Theres no denying the laws of physics either , and that includes the way its built or its material composition of critical components . Some guys push motors Far beyond the motors structural sane capabilities for durability . I believe this is one of those cases as THIS BLOCK hasnt yet broke into 2 pieces as ive Seen other Windsors do NA . The Science to achieve this power level is good . I wouldve chose a diffetent candidate.......
