Great to see you back in 2025 with another great video! Hope you and the family had a great Xmas and New Year! It's your enthusiasm for the whole system motion/FFB and immersion that make for the great videos! Sorry to see your having issues with the F-4 FFB hope you get that sorted, Check you gain and spring settings aren't zeroing out when you jump into the pit! I had this issue with the config file for all the modules had accidentally been set by me so that the main gain was going to Zero at launch of the modules! I had made a mistake while calibrating the base and forgot to hit the calibration button a second time after doing the calibration then hit the Store settings and it stored the Gain as Zero in the config file so i was getting zero effects till i figured out what I'd done! Also check for updates on the Config and FFBtelem software seems obvious but i missed a couple as Number 481 is always working on updates after a DCS update some of the TelemFFB effects can get scrubbed and don't work or work wrong but Number481 is usually quick with an update to fix it! Having issues with my F-5E that I fly the most in DCS as I'm only getting like 1 frame PER MINUTE when I jump in! It's a known bug with the Xmas Eve update and ED are planning a fix for it though! On the up Side i sorted the issue with the FFB Rudders and they are now working great and really give the controls the full life effect i was looking for. After getting the Rhino it just felt wrong that I was getting all this amazing feedback through my stick but my rudders were dead so had to upgrade those as well with Hiobs MFG Crosswinds mod! The mod only took an hour to put together and fit onto the Rudders. Highly recommended but I know you use Racing pedals for flight so not sure how you'd manage to implement this in your rig with out having to buy proper Flight rudders and swap them over when going to racing each time you get in the rig! Thanks mate and Merry Xmas & New Year to you as well :) Its great to be back and as always I really appreciate your comments and support. SO much cool stuff lined up for 2025. Yea I had checked the gain settings however what you have said about checking if those settings are getting zeroed on start might be something to go on. I will get into the sim later today and check it out, appreciate it and I will report back so other know if that fixed it.

Your reports are getting better and better IMO. Great to see the refinement driven by enthusiasm. Please take my comments as constructive and not coming from a place of assumed higher authority as to be clear I don't have any motion or force feedback gear. Alhough I did have a couple of happy years witg the Microsoft Sidewinder FF last century! Xmas 2023 I moved all my MFDs, switch panels and HOTAS into a TrakRacer TR160 with the intention of adding motion. Due to unexpected back surgery in 2024 motion is off the table for me. But I'm very excited about adding a FF stick and your videos are materially aiding my decision process. Excuse the long comment but I thought you may appreciate a specific case study of how useful your work is!
