Congrats YOU DID THAT!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉. As we you know now this procedure is not for the weak AT ALL. Have to be strong and focused and you are doing that. Glad to see u was able to walk and in good spirits. I was absolutely not able to walk around or even swallow anything when i woke up and for hours after. Get well soon and welcome to the VSG club.

On surgery day, I used a walker and needed assistance from the healthcare tech. The second day, I was able to walk independently. I’m trying my best to walk every hour since I have to walk for at least 30 mins a day.
