Sir I've question ⁉️.. please help me by your experience. I've worked on brush cutter carborator since long time.but few times carborator doesn't work even after diaphragm installed.i have a carborator pressure tester.even carborator passes its test but still carborator doesn't work. My question is ...what is the metrial of check valve ..last time u tell in the video that (thermal insulator for transistor) is a meterial which is available on electronics shop.i have also try the transistor for check valve ..but after transistor installation. But still carborator doesn't work...can u help me.or please tell me that these check valves aren't available ready made in market

@@hamzamasood7218 You can use the transistor heat transfer insulator but best to use a 0.3mm thickness nitrile rubber of 3mm in diameter. We have this check valve disc on stock and seems also I can't see someone else selling this somewhere. If you can't source this somewhere else, best to use an old fuel pump diaphragm off a carburetor or a Briggs Classic Sprint pulsa jet type carburetor to punch hole. Cheers, VARIETECH

Is your carb pressure tester an ebay/aliexpress buy? I've been wanting to get one. Also seen people use these with spark plug hose adaptors to leak test 2 strokes with cut rubber sheets to block intake/exhaust and plugged off pulse hole.
