Video is not ok.. first the quantity and quality of RNA matters, according to which you have to dilute or Concentra you RNA. Next you can also modify your cdna synthesis protocol, different companies are have different protocols and quantity of reagents. What is the basic recipe or protocol of the company you are using is missing.
