What really makes this crazy is that Frog & Peach is not a concert venue by any means. It's a live music bar with a stage that barely holds a four person band and a floor that would be uncomfortably full with 50-60 people. I would be shocked if any other band who has played there has garnered even a fraction of the fame or success that Vulfpeck has. That's not a knock on the bar or the bands who play there, it was one of my favorites when I lived in SLO. It's just such a small small venue.

My husband and I set this gig up. We happened to know the band was coming through town because they had dates in sf and la. We just decided to email them to see if they’d do it. Jack Stratton responded immediately to say they were in. We set them up with a place to stay, gear, and Frog and Peach. It was the easiest spot to book, and the band played COMPLETELY FOR FREE. We got to hang with them afterward; they’re such good guys. It was one of my favorite nights ever.
