Been a long time since I've commented on a Vuzix video. How do you feel like the company's communication (or lack thereof) with its customers and aspiring consumers has been? I get that the main idea was to sell these products to enterprises, but whether they like it or not Vuzix has a regular customer base now. It would be nice to have an easier time figuring out what's next for the average consumer of AR products.

The short answer is I am disappointed in the direction of the company but, I am nobody so my disappointment does not count for much.
