UNTOUCHABILITY & CASTEISM Still EXISTS even Today in India- 2019.. TO ALL THOSE PEOPLE WHO DENY THE EXISTENCE OF UNTOUCHABILITY AND THE CASTEISM IN INDIA................
This Video shows the bitter Truth of INDIA....& nowadays everyone talks against the Reservations - why reservations are required??? But now it's time to show each & every Indian & whole world that Bramhin's of India have taken more advantage of reservation since last 5000 years.Bramhin's have 100% reservations in their Temple (GOD) industry, Private Industries, All Social Benefits & Pooja path like satya-narayan.Bramhin's don't have rights to talk against the reservation. Reservations have Applied due to this bullshit of UNTOUCHABILITY & CASTEISM which are created by Brahmins (3% People) so first KILLED UNTOUCHABILITY & CASTEISM if it's do so then talk about Reservations. Brahmins are misguiding the Mulnivasi (Native) People's (SC,ST,OBC,NT,Tribes & Converted Minorities). of India on the ground of CASTEISM..........Please Share It..

Son I have great respect for you and all Chammars (Dalits) living in India................I am a Muslim from Pakistan and have never seen or experienced such irrational scenes in Pakistan because in Islam, all human beings are the creature of Allah so equal in all respects............EQUALITY IS THE HALL MARK OF ISLAM BUT I MUST ADMIT THAT MY FOREFATHERS WERE ONCE HINDU SO MUSLIMS STILL HAVE SOME BAD HINDU TRAITS ...................I was shocked to see the misery of Dalits, in fact, the Brahmans and other superior race Hindus were talking in normal tone about Dalits...........................they have no sense that they are committing crimes against humanity..........................I am a Muslim but being a human I have great sympathy for Dalits, although they are Hindu but before that they are human beings.........................while I was going through the comments of this site I noted that many Hindus also criticized the Hindu caste system that a positive gesture.....................Desh Raj that's a clear signal that you people like Dr Ambadker should strive for equality and I shall support your cause and I am sure that millions of Indians and Pakistanis, even people from the rest of the world will support your cause....................Now this is my primary duty that through inter-net I shall make aware to American and European Bastards that almost 200 million Dalits are crying for FREEDOM.EQUALITY AND FRATERNITY........................help them you bastards.......................I would also like to request you that you people by yourself write and point out your problems (through U Tube) I reiterate that I was shocked to see that in the 21 th century you people are living such a miserable sub-human life and your ladies and children are not safe......................oh Allah help these people, to whom the Brahmans and High class Hindus are snubbing....................

In this documentary, I have observed that there are so many cases of untouchability from kerala (most literate state in india) and Gujarat(Vibrant Gujarat). Even I am a victim of untouchability, it creates hate for upper caste people which is not good for them. I can understand that most of the politicians won't touch this issue as there is nothing beneficial for them, but where are dalit politicians(who are in assembly). I would like to appreciate the efforts poured into this documentary.

***** Some societies can adapt and change, others are very resistant to change. Religion tends to make such changes more difficult. I am 66 years old. When I was a child in America people of African ancestry, black people, were treated much as the Untouchables are now treated in India. But over time my society has changed and now we even have a black man as president. Things are much different here today.

@@JackKangaroo1 Many American admits that there was discrimination but most of the Indian does not see it as discrimination. You can check with Indians in US, they may say it is not exists anymore like the girl "she doesnt believe in caste but want to marry a boy from her caste". I am not sure you aware that the Indian in US sued CA school system for this.

Caste system is the backbone of Hinduism said the priests quoting from the shastras and the vedas. Precisely the reason why untouchability will never be abolished. Why would god (if he exist) create such a deplorable system if we are all his children? chuck religion, be human. And why are we against reservation so much? The way I see it, it is about giving a platform/representation to the most backward caste not class because we practise CASTE based discrimination not class! How will those people who have been discriminated their whole lives right from elementary school as we saw from the doc ever get to move forward in society unless the govt intervenes and say "this is it!".

Highest respect to the people who created this series. You have cut through regions and linguistic barriers to show the firm grip the caste system has on our society. Thanks for letting me know with proof that Muslims practice caste discrimination. I wouldn't have believed if someone just told me this. This is a shame to the Muslim community in India. I am from Kerala, I thought that caste system exist in Kerala only when it comes to marriages. You have shown that it covers much more aspects of life.

its a shame that some muslim community in India doesn't follow the real teaching of islam which is clearly forbid caste system as prophet Muhammad said in his last sermon at mount Arafat, mecca " "All mankind is from Adam and Eve, an Arab has no superiority over a non-Arab nor a non-Arab has any superiority over an Arab; also a White has no superiority over a Black nor a Black has any superiority over a White except by piety and good action. Learn that every Muslim is a brother to every Muslim and that the Muslims constitute one brotherhood. Nothing shall be legitimate to a Muslim which belongs to a fellow Muslim unless it was given freely and willingly."

Children aren't born to naturally hate and discrimination, it is a learned behavior. I have subscribed to your channel and I look forward to becoming more educated to other cultures. Great documentary. Caste tradition must be holding India back for many centuries... It is very diffcult to make progress in a society that functions like this. I think Westeren Europe might have been similar to this prior to the French revolution in 1789. India is an awesome country with great culture; but there are things that are really terrible - lack of basic infrastructure for example. People in India in the 21. century are gathering water from wells!! Wells!!! Even the most backward and poor village in my country has running water, sevage system, electricity and proper houses ----> provided by the state!!! Some areas featured in this documentary are basicaly lawless! Villagers make laws like in the middle ages.

I have a friend who is a SC and we used to eat together from the same plates but this was all new delhi. I can see that it is being practiced all across the country. I am really angry with those stupid priests for upholding wrong traditions. Please refer to Ramayana where lord Ram went to Bhilni's house and ate, get some sense people ; if you want the country to prosper then you have to help out those at the bottom of the society and this caste crab should be abolished.

I saw this entire 4 part documentary here. I remember watching clips of this Documentary on Satyamev Jayate. Back then I couldn't relate much to this (since I belong to the oppressor caste). But now after working with activists, I am much more aware of the Caste based discrimination that happens around me, even in my family. I believe, the life of Babasaheb, Periyar & Phule must be taught in schools and they must have it as separate chapters in itself. A lot is being taught about mediocre & mostly useless Brahmans in schools (From Freedom Fighters till Politicians). Apart from that SC ST Prevention of Atrocities Act should be strengthened and the rule of Bahujans should be established in order to ensure that the Nation treats it's population equally. The only way this could be achieved is by Education Agitation & Organization Jay Bhim!

+Siddarth D This is lessening on coming of technology. As shoemakers are now shoe sellers because of factory manufacturing shoes. in the same way toilets fitted have left male to remove water by sunction pumps only. female rest. eventually their number will reduce. so will untouchability end . roberts will do rest of the work. keep hope and make education available for dalits teach them technology. make them worthy as they are. they live in paka makan. but house cleaner live in zopdis. thats the point.

+Daneshwari Hammond ya u r right, technology may some how changes the lifestyle but the main thing is did the soul will ever change? did we stop practicing this bullshits? If today we will not change then, how can we expect that in the upcoming years the generation will abolished all this things.

11:59 that Gujarati girl said "feels good" responding to the question "How does it feel?" got me into the tears. As I am Gujarati and significant footages in this documentary from Gujarat. I am upper caste and spent a lot of time in the village as a child, seen everything but never realized it and it's painful to understand now at maturity and getting flashbacks.

This is a GREAT documentary. Absolutely brutal. No narration. All live testimony. In part 4, it gets particularly gruesome when a woman describes she lost both hands (and we see her with her stumps held together), and another describes how her husband was strangled to death in front of her.

I am deeply touched by this documentary, i never thought this kind of situation exist at this age. I do hope that the constitution will prevail and there will more people who will try to educate the religious fanatics. Seriously no one is getting out of this world alive, therefore no one is created extra special. No one deserves to be treated like this. Everyone can change into something better. No one was born with a stamp of a slave.

I became emotional when the little boy drank the water and broke the barriers of the caste. A perfect depiction of the hold of caste system in India which creeps into the other religions, which are originally caste-free, like Islam, Christianity and Sikhism too. Outstanding video.

Very nice work by your team. Excellent content. It can open the eyes of those living in Indian cities who do not usually see these practices tough they know casteism exists in our society and it's ramphant in villages. Until this changes India as a nation will never really progress. One con. Your video quality could have been better at least 720p HD, this last one was of very bad quality.

So, Dalit women can't be touched, but they can be raped. That alone is proof enough that non-Dalits are more interested in the benefits of the caste system than Hinduism. I encourage everyone to come to Christ (the way and the truth) before He returns to earth. You will not regret it and you will have your justice because all judgment is His alone, and He judges and forgives with absolute righteousness.
