VW Golf MK6 GTI Rear Sway Bar Upgrade

How to Remove and Upgrade the Rear Sway Bar on a Volkswagen MK6 GTI. I'll be installing a 23mm Eibach 2-Way Adjustable Sway Bar. This demonstration should be applicable on the VW MK5/MK6 MKV/MKVI GTI Platforms from these years 2004-2014.

Did you need an alignment after upgrading either the front or rear swaybars?

How you feelthe car while driving? Is it ok to upgrade just the rear ? It will not cause unbalance?
