Another amazing transformation, lads. I'd never though of anyone using a slide hammer for panel pulling, worked really well. Also, I'm one of the viewers that doesn't mind some time-lapse - It means more content per video :)

I am 71 I use to be a paint sprayer at a Triumph garage till I was 28 it’s the last day of 12-20 I have just found your site and I am enjoying watching you. When I was in Greenwich Auto the main agent for triumph cars I was there when the first Stag and the first TR7 came in.I retired for a year at 66 and could not stand is so went back to work mixing paint and delivering it for the motor trade and I keep my And in and do private work on cars in the summer and I restore early Lambrettas when I fill in the mood.Good to see you two working thank.

Brings a whole new meaning to on the pull on a Friday night. Seriously though you two do a far better job of repairing cars than the main dealer I used to work for in the early 90s. Keep up the great content. Cheers.

Excited to see the harder hit stuff, my parents and family used to pick up hard hit stuff straight from a well known insurance company back in the 80's and early 90's, all used to be jigged and go back on the road, all was very very cheap purchases part of the reason is that the bloke that valued it when it was placed up for salvage used to be a family member....interesting to see the dislikes, two blokes with a couple of cameras on KZbin provide most of us with more entertainment than TV any night of the week....these dislikes must be by those people that aint got nothing else better to do than sit around on a phone and criticise hard work when they aint got the intelligence and skills at doing this themselves, keep up the effort at well done for keeping us all entertained

You both had me very nervous when pulling the wing bracket I was waiting for the puller bracket to short out the battery it was very close to the battery. Laughed my head of when Rob said Chris will give it a little tug 1,2. That will do I think 3,4,5 ha ha ha then Chris said one more I think perfect. I just love watching you two guys moving around the car straightening the body panels back to almost new.

I had forgotten the front end damage last time round but you made short work of getting it sorted. Several sharp purchases have greatly helped the mission, plus the skill to correct any tricky issues like the bonnet into which you worked your magic. It is looking good though I was not clear, has the rear quarter been spot welded on now? You should have no trouble finding a new owner, once the paint and final bits are complete. It all helps to drive you forward and collect the rewards for jobs well done. You are certainly a pair of workers. Pulling the next one back into shape should be interesting and is a way of dodging the current silly prices you quoted, a damaged 09 for that money is loony tunes!

I find the bodywork content really interesting as I have zero experience in that field, I'm just mechanics and electrics. It was all a bit of a mystery to me before you opened my eyes to this world of car magic! I have a friend near Bedford who does good bodywork for me, him and his dad work a little place and they are really busy. Some idiot put a stripe down all four panels of my car and James took it at 10 am and brought it back at 4pm (Yes the same day!), I just had to wash all the white stuff off!! I honestly have no clue how you do the work so this is great👍 I thought a S/h door would be the way to go with my car, but he said it was easier to repair it than take all the guts out of mine and build a new door up and he was right!! But you two can do all the bodywork and mechanics, the diesel range rover where you lifted the shell to do the engine work was a particularly interesting video. And watching the way you are doing the Viva is an absolute pleasure, such commitment to getting it 100% is rare these days! You really deserve all the success you are getting! 👍

Rob,at the end of the day we all know why the price of the cars is going up,but thats just how it is.Buying harder hit stuff should not be a problem because people know that your repairs are first class, and will not shy away. Its just how things are with Covid our European friends and the current climate as its just simply tough out there! What narks me,is that when i am selling a car, they come round virtually MOT the car plug in there diagnostic software then bid you in the goolys but you go to any car auction and they go mad on a cat N or cat S car and will pay over book.Mate its the way of the world now but keep these videos coming because so many people know about you know and you will sell your cars no problem.

Rob great video. I agree totally on Copart. I used to buy a lot of stock from there, but stopped a few years ago as most of the vehicles were just getting bid up to more than you could buy an undamaged one for ! ( plus they kept increasing their fees !!! ) I know a lot was from the Eastern Europeans who would buy 30 or 40 cars at a time and come over with car transporters ( I remember chatting to a couple of guys while waiting, and they said all they did as a job was drive back and forth to Poland in full transporters all week ). Most of that was the luxury cars though as they could get them fixed for next to nothing and make decent profits. It seems now lots of home DIY repairers are bidding though hoping to make money. I wonder how many of them buy one car, lose money, then never do it again

Love the channel. A pair of good guys earning a few quid sorting cars. You pair are great. There are a lot of car channels that are about washing cars, fitting a crate engine and farming out the body, you two do the lot and actually mend cars. Watching Chris jigging that Polo, just shows how much skill he's got, you can't learn the exact spot and how hard to knock or dolly a panel under tension to make it right reading a book or watching online. I've never seen a panel man who could do engines. Enjoying the HA Viva too, in the late 80s I had a low compression works HA van and it was awful. Chris is a true artisan, Golden.
