Thanks for the vid, I've just done mine. I pressed the white plastic parts in, on both sides before attaching the screws and tightening.

Having just put these in after comparing with an original installation, I'd just like to add that I believe the vertical (round) adjuster is intended to be pushed in from within the frame, as with the horizontal adjuster. Although I assume it works fine pushed in from the back as in this video.
