Hi Tom, installed a pair on my 2011 T5.1 followed all the wiring diagram, all working! Now i start the van, turn on park light, suddenly the rear driver side park light not working! Driver Drl working whilst engine running, if i turn the park light switch on Drl shuts off! Gutted where to start trouble shooting :(

Did you have to replace the bottom plastic corner covers for these? Just the end off the video they was missing ? Cheers

No parts need replacing, I was just colour coding everything, 👌🏻👊🏻

No you don’t... at least I think you dont, the light layouts are the same just a clear indicator bulbs...

The ones from travelinlite come with the bulb holders, if you haven’t got them the original ones won’t match the bulb layout.

Hi do you have the original vw reference of these because I got 2004 t5 multivan with rear gate and I would like to retrofit same look as yours ones!! I need to buy set already fitted with bulb holders, isn't it? Thanks

Hi Tom, I’ve been following your great video but have come stuck, my T5 2005 t30 174 kombi doesn’t have the colours you’ve mentioned on the tailight plugs. For example passenger side no2 is green and no6 is orange? Any idea why?

@@tomtdubz it’s all done now. Took the wiring diagrams from Haynes manual for both prelift and facelift and worked out what should go where. No mention anywhere of these colours so a strange one.

Well if you let your insurance company know you’ll be able to claim and get them replaced
