Hello guys. I have a 1999 isuzu rodeo with the Ar5 trans with the 3.2l v6. I would like to convert it TDI. But cant find any adapt plate for it on your website. Could you guys make one for me? I know its almost the same as the toy r150. But my bell housing and input shaft must be different. I would like to use my isuzu clutch and flywheel and starter.

I'm told they work fine--but--no one has ever sent me pics. so, we have a BRM engine on it's way here to try . I don't know enough about the BEW BRM engines just yet to know for sure without physically bolting them together here, so we're going to try it. And we'll post videos and pics.

Good to hear. I’d prefer the PD or even a 2.0 common rail CBEA/CJAA but can’t seem to find any swap info specific to those motors. Looking forward to seeing the BRM and a full kit for the R150F!

Any adapter for the H41 or H55 transmissions that would bolt into a 40/60. Not wanting for those vehicles but looking to run a LC 4 speed with 1.9 tdi in another vehicle

Any reason you want to run the h55? The r150 is more readily available in the USA and plenty strong for a tdi 4 cyl conversion. The h55 runs a rear offset transfer case that only works with LC axles. Good axles but the offset sucks with more common usa found cases outside of the lc

@@Mongoswede if you can't find an H41/42/55 adapter there is at least one company selling the tdi to small block chevy adapter and advance adapters sells a bell housing that adapts the toyota trans to small block chevy. Ive also used a ranger over drive to adapt an h42 to a small block chevy bolt pattern as i needed over drive for the diesel conversion.

I have a 2000 Toyota Tacoma with the 5spd manual, it doesn't list those under the years, but the truck currently has the 2.7L 3RZ motor, will this kit still work for the swap or will I need to source an older trans?

I don't think it will. The only guys I've seen use our adapter in Taco didn't use the (W59 i think) stock Taco trans, they used an earlier one.

Is the toyota flywheel heavier or lighter than the vw tdi flywheel?

They're both right around 24 lbs. Toyota is slightly heavier, but they were closer together than I thought they'd be.

This runs dowel pins that prevent the run out that was an issue on older acme made tdi adapters.

so .. 20 total flywheel bolts with 2 aluminum crank spacers ? what a cluster fuck .... how about just selling a NEW flywheel with the correct bolt pattern like doomsday does for an additional ~$200
