How do you view/flush from the top of the rear drains??

Video at 0.30 is showing the forward drains. I am having issues locating the top of the rear drains on my Tiguan as the glass is restricting it

@ sorry my bad, you cannot access the rears from the top unless you strip the sunroof frame You have to flush from the bottom and check for blockages Also you can order a sunroof drain cleaning kit, if you send me an email I'll show you where we get them

Is it not just worth it remove these? Just seems like it’s inevitable for it to happen again. If it’s a fly trap, won’t the flies just end up on the other side of the pipe which is outside of the car in anyways?

I think it's called a spider catcher. But, just like Incy Wincy Spider, they'll get flushed out when it rains I'd have thought, so all the spider catchers will do is help debris block things up. So, yes, removing them seems the thing to do.
