I am 173cm and also maintain at 50kg for 15 yrs with little to no exercise. 我都係用低碳飲食黎keep 住身型,其實習慣左呢種飲食之後, 係變左好自然既野, 亦都唔會覺得要迫自己唔食d 咩野。睇左D 人留言話你紙板人唔好睇, 其實各花入各眼, 有些人喜歡有肉地d, 有些人喜歡有骨感一d 既女仔, 永遠唔可能全世界都覺得你係 perfect, so just be yourself and do what u like/ enjoy :)
Actually low carb diet is really very hard I rather workout Workout can make you look more fit and nicer figure Pure lean may not look that nice too And can eat alot more Can try all my easy and fun standing workout Alot of times we hate workout because we not enjoying it I was like that too 2 years ago I am mother of 2, i lost 10kg in 3 months in healthy way still can eat well and no excessive crazy workout too

Dude 57 for a height like yours it’s definitely NOT fat, you’re a few cm taller than me and yet you’re still 2kg less weight than me. Guys remember she is a celebrity and they have to be thin since they’re on television all the time, but as a normal person 50-51 for a height like that it’s way too underweight
