I made this bread today, replacing the while bread flour with wholemeal flour also I used cranberry and walnut.. Works well too, delicious bread.. Thanks for sharing.

I made it last night and it cames out perfectly. I reduced around 7g of raisins as I ran out of it. BTW, the results was superb. thanks for sharing it.

hi, I tried half of your recepie but it turns out very sticky one. Is it because I didn’t put much flour after wait it to rise? and by the way I used mixer to do the kneading and I mix the dough with the dried fruits using the mixer.. thank you!

I made this today and the results were wonderful! A few notes: the rolls are rather small; could we just not quarter the dough and make one big loaf? Also, my current digital scale is not sensitive enough for such small amounts as 2g yeast or 5g of sugar; I just estimated these amounts with no problem, but is there a better scale I should use that can measure in 1g increments? Thank you!!

perfect hydration ratio, i added an extra 20g rye flour and a little more water, adds a great whole-wheat taste to it; just like what I can get at the bakery :3

@@jessicaws324 yes! the bread remains moist and crispy the next day, and I kept the bread in the freezer by that night. ps. I usually would spray small amount of water when the bread's being toasted. I sub cranberry for raisins + mix 50g of whole wheat flour and the bread turned out really good! I've already made this more than 3 times. def recommended!
