Pork Mince Meat: Mince meat, garlic mince, diced big onion, fresh/Dry soak shitake mushrooms cubes (optional). Mince Meat Seasoning: oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar (to taste). Single Plate Serving: 1 Egg (beaten mixed), dash of soy sauce. Method: 1. Pour sufficient cooking oil on a wok, put egg battered in the wok & rounded a piece of thin layer omelette. Put few tablespoon cook mince meat. Flip close the omelette egg. Serve on plate. Taste more delicious cook this way. Not put mince meat & egg together.
