Yup, I dropped it off in Upland yesterday for post delivery stuff. It was at West Covina last week. They did as much as they could since I needed it the following day for an event (video coming soon). The rest, Upland is taking care of it so it'll be there a few days. Video on this will be out also once I get it back. I miss it already. 🥲

Thanks. As long as I have the Rivian I will continue to make content for it. I make content on the cars I own. For the immediate future, it will be Cybertruck primarily. Some of the content for Rivian has been pushed back about a week or two. Thank you for your support and your patience. 🙂

@@bt4b4 It's a combination of not liking it for road trips and I think it hit her that the Model X will be surrendered soon and she doesn't have a replacement for. She's fine with the Rivian for short trips. One of the reasons she was okay with getting a truck is she found the utility of the Rivian to be good.

Congrats - is your demo vehicle purchase not qualified for the lifetime supercharging?

The lifetime supercharging is only for Foundation Series inventory I think. They removed the powershare voucher and replaced it with this. I did a video talking about it and also another video calculating the cost of free supercharging.

It was a business purchase so it qualified for the tax credit. Today, everyone who qualifies can get it. You don't have to be a business or lease it. So all good. I wouldn't buy something this expensive just for the tax credit. 🙂 Next video will be cost break down.

@@ATerryB The Rivian would fit if I move things around. Cybertruck is a little longer, it may not fit. I have the Tesla wall connector that is 24 feet long. It reaches the Rivian regardless of where it's parked on the driveway. Should be no issues.

Yes. At this moment no discussions of getting rid of it. She got her Model X replacement and I get to keep my truck. I’ll have content on both. I feel the two different trucks.

Planning on covering this in a future video once I spend more time with the Cybertruck. But so far, the Cybertruck is more of a daily driver and the Rivian is a weekend truck to do outdoors stuff. Not to say the Cybertruck can’t but that’s my initial thoughts

LOL, the only deal on the CT was Free Lifetime SC on the Foundation , which i also pickup in Austin with 3K off ( 2K loyalty and 1k veteran ) . Dual Motor white, 20 " cyber wheels w/ 35"rims. did not put down the 2k for the battery extander . Rivian is Nice R1S, but once you drive FSD, you will never want another EV.. beside Tesla

She dislikes road trips with it. She's not comfortable. She's used to the Model X as our road trip car. Now that we have to surrender it soon, it made her think about a replacement. For running errands, she loves it. I think it helped a lot to convince her on getting another truck even though we already have one... it just had to be Tesla.
