I’ve watched many of your videos and all the desserts you made were incredible! This tutorial especially helped me a lot! I’ve tried many times making the dough and it always ended up either too dry or too wet. I guess I need more time to practice. It’s amazing that you make the steps seems so easy!

Hi, there, and thank you for your channels, it makes wagashi making even more fun! :) I am following you in Instagram since long time, so, I am really grateful for your tutorials! :) I have not microwave, so, making nerikiri takes more time to make in pan.. :)

Hi, there! It is not difficult to make shiroan (white bean paste) youurself! It takes some time, but is fun ot make.(If you need directions, please, feel free to write to me in private, or look around KZbin for "how to make shiroan" :) ) Me, personally, do it once a month and freeze it then, divided. When needed, I just take some pieces, unfreeze and use. Rice flour you can get in any oriental grocery store around. My Italain friends makes wagashi there too, so, no problem, I think. If you live near Massa Carrara, you can find a great Japanese grocery store there!
