This coup was probably beneficial for Russia in one way that the Wagner exile means that if Ukraine bombs the base this will bring Belarus into war with Ukraine. So basically this training base is probably the safest place to train for any Russian recruit.

@@MangoMonster2007 at it's peak, wagner composed of 30k strong. After the mutiny which the majority did not join, most are instead signing contracts with the MoD and becoming regular troops. There's around 8k that mutinied. Some decided to retire, others sent to africa. This leaves a tiny amount moving to belarus, which still does not justify the 300k mobilization troops. Even if we bloat the number of the wagner to 3k, that is still 100 troops for every wagner. Either they believed that wagner is superhuman, or they have a different agenda. Like invading belarus for example, and just making excuses to justify the invasion.

I inform you that the Russians are currently (28-07-2023) preparing an army of 250,000 men who should create a new offensive to the north in Kiev and another 120,000 men who should reinforce the offensive to the south. The (top) generals that are so often said to be "disappeared", must be preparing this new offensive. Reinforcing this idea is the visit that Russian representatives made to China to purchase 500,000 bulletproof vests. The movement of the wagner group in Belarus and the recruitment of over 300,000 Russian recruits aims to prepare both the offensives in the north and the reinforcement of troops in the south. In this sense, all the support that citizens can give to the Ukrainians is important so that they can stand up to the Russians. The scheduled date for the start of this new offensive is 5-08-2023.
