With Chappell and Sabrina, this reminds so much when Billie and Lizzo competed at the Grammys in 2020 and they received a lot of nominations. I still love songs from the album, So High School will be my most played song of this year and its not even close, and if Guilty as Sin or So High School or even LOML were nominated as Song (maybe record for the first two) I'd be gunning for those to win, but Fortnight is one of Taylor's most boring singles, as a representation of one of Taylor's most boring albums. It feels creatively bankrupt, the overuse of Jack and Aaron is starting to catch up with her, and it is not her best writing. She needs to just take a break. After Rep and Debut TV I want her to go on a good hiatus, relax with her cats and enjoy life a little, maybe pursue other artistic ventures like Ariana, maybe write a novel (I would love that) and come back when she's ready to make another Speak Now or 1989.

Im the biggest , oldest charli fan in the world but was expecting brat to be snubbed because i always think of the Grammys as old white guys celebrating a certain sort of music that’s good from a traditional pop/rock songwriting and musicianship craftsmanship point of view (i.e. taylor swift, Adele, etc) as opposed to atmospheric or experimental which is where charli thrives. Having found out she got seven noms i don’t know what the hell to expect anymore (especially with ROTY… was not expecting that at all) and im now thinking she might shock us all and sweep. I read an interview with Bonnie raitt recently (about charli and bon iver sampling nick of time) and she mentioned how whenever she’s won a Grammy it’s because she was up against really big nominations who split the vote and I wonder if that could happen with charli … i honestly cannot wait til February this is so exciting

It's extremely competitive and not a cakewalk by any means. Chris Stapleton in particular is stiff competition and extremely talented. I also think Kacey Musgraves is in a category or 2 and she's really good. It's a tossup btwn those 3 for me, UNLESS it's a category with Shaboozey.

When she had eight songs charting on the billboard hot one hundred during the ceremony. On all official platforms won a Grammy last year. Just for them to give it to someone else last minute. Had the highest selling album for a female rapper this year. When her project came out late 2023 and not one nomination.
