lol i just started last night and didnt find one at any ruins only at the barbarian camp, but it felt good fighting thru and walking out with one

Another spot for the alpaca that I found is that weird shape of body of water with a small island in the middle of it and a small little pond of water next to it at the west, at the northern part of that water for the weird shaped where the big rock is on the west of it there will be a ancient ruins with a baby alpaca there.

You can also find mushrooms right before you get to that ancient ruins if anyone is in need of mushrooms for soup and whatnot.

I'm glad they added the easy alpaca. I cannot wait for this Friday. I hope it releases early in the day so I can get the download done before I need to go in to work.

Can you have thralls in Soulmask too? Human thralls, just like in Conan?

Yes they are called tribesman and play a much larger role in Soulmask.

@@wak4863 that's my favourite thing in Conan. I love capturing thralls, playing with them, observing their stats, their strength. I'll give Soulmask a try.

Keep in mind: alpacas that you get from ruins dont currently count as mounts for the tutorial. To finish the "get an alpaca mount" quest u need to capture one from the barracks. This will be fixed in the future. Also while riding just press e on a river. This will fill up the alpacas thirst as well as putting bottles filled with water in its inventory.

Main problem is cotton, you not able to plant seeds untill lvl 25. SO I don't know how to get it, maybe farming the chests.

Farm pot is level 10. You plant them and harvest them yourself, You can automate it at level 25

I keep getting my mounts killed usually fall damage almost every alpacha I have gotten from the ancient ruins its getting the cotton and to make I think its course cotton to make the saddle, I love my Jag tricky to catch the yare fast but I have lost almost every one because of again fall damage running along then oops no ground or the distance down hill is steeper then I realize it falls dies then now I have all the extra stuff that I cant carry so I have to make boxes to store thing so I can come back and grab it as for my last JAg a female spawned tha twas level 46 which was a high level to me so I never killed her because i was a friad that the next Jag would be a much lower level also did have that red tag, the nthe fact whic hthe game doesn't tell you that you can opnly have so many pets I was catching jags because I wanted a breeding pair so I would never not have one but getting females so far are impossible also only allowed so many tames which sucks when you have multiple small camps all over the map lol I had t oa few times after traping a jag run back to a camp and kill a lama so I could come back grab the jag and hope that it was decent enough to keep . oh my last jag wa killed because I went to fight the frog and I think that it was poisoned for being in that zone I am still not sure how to help these animals from poisoning and heat and or radiation because I am not sure I can tell if the yare having issues liek the jag I sat on int out of the frog arena and watched to see if it s life as going down and it wasn't after the fight I came back and it was dead :( and of course it was my best one had a fair amount of weight and health for a jag

In the dev stream today he was getting an ostrich egg and he said the llama can carry 4 eggs at a time so maybe the EA version has changed from what you have?

Could be. They would not take them in the version I was playing.
