In order to wake up at 4am you'd need to go to sleep at 8pm

+John Smith Need ? If you prefer to sleep for 8 hrs thats correct, It all maters on the person and there drive. Right now i am not were my goals are, so i can work off of 6 hrs to 5.5 hrs It depends. Sometimes I go all nighters just to achieve what i need to achieve. It all really depends on your goals, and what you are willing to sacrifice to get there. I dont think Elon Musk sleeps for 8 hrs and he is worth 35 billion dollars. But who am i to tell you what to do. Just do what works for you brother 👊🤝

As there is 1,440 minutes in a day, so the ideal minimum sleep you need is about "340 minutes" (5 hours & 40 minutes) and that way you have 1,100 minutes (18 hours & 20 minutes) to do things you need to get done, but its better if you can get 7 hours & 20 minutes (440 minutes) of sleep per night and have 1,000 minutes (16 hours & 40 minutes) to do your tasks
@MoneyTalksMoney

Wow, you definitely have done your homework. Great job, yea i find that min 6 hrs of sleep is good enough for me to recharge 💪

That's pretty good 360 minutes (6 hours) leaves you 1,080 minutes, or even 390 minutes (6.5 hours) leave you a good 1,050 minutes to get things done

torment yourself to sleep only 6 hrs, gotta be hard the first week, but after time your body will adopt and its way enough for you. My day starts at 5am and ends at 11pm, one hour before i go to sleep i read a book and make sure there is no artificle light, you will sleep much better and feel better in the morning. The first 2 hours of the day I do my own buisness stuff, because my brain is in an alpha state after waking up, then I take an iced shower, go jogging and take an iced shower again. it's 9 am by the time, people waking up and make breakfest, so do I, but i already did something for my career and my body. after breakfest I meditate for 20 min. 10-6 im working, 7-9 i go to mma, i eat something and start reading until 11pm. I will repeat this schedule as long as it takes to cut out the 10-6 period of working… one day my own buisness will take over and then my schedule will be 10-6 laying on a nice beachside.

Fuck yea Dreamer great job bro, you have a killer ritual, it doesn't matter if you do your rituals later in the day, everyone is different. I know some of my mentors and multi millionaires that do best at night like 3 am and wake up at 12 lunchtime, it all matters on the person. It just works best for me. Dreamer keep on crushing it and soon you will be drinking tequila on the beach on your terms in no time 🤝

My brother and I have been waking up at 5am for about 3 months now to work out and get ahead start on KZbin before work since we both work 9-5 jobs and it has been amazing. I think the secret to making it a lifestyle is waking up early on the weekends too so that you literally do it everyday and don’t have readjust every Monday.

nice video bro, I been thinking lately about why I haven't reached my full potential. I decided that it has to change. I will be the best. I lost myself when I stopped competing with myself and starting competing with others. I will start competing with myself again a little better today than yesterday, a little bit better tomorrow than today. Competing with others is tricky because if the others are worse than us it might lower our standards if they are much better than us it might discourage us. So I will go back to competing with myself and get my drive back to my best when I was known to be unstoppable, the guy that gets things done, the guy that not only meets the needs of my company and customers but the guy that dazzles, amazes and surprises everyone by establishing new ways new methods. I was never a guy that would follow others, i was the guy that would open new paths. Thanks for reminder. Keep up the good work, You got a new subscriber.

(when you read this ;) You are going say no more will i half ass shit and im going take full control of my life and reach my full potential. Wow man, NEE SUB here for sure!! Great video. Our routines are pretty similar. Great book collection btw. I just finished Principles, it's awesome! So on those days you fall short (eat wrong, miss the gym, negative for no reason etc) how do you get back in to the right mindset?
@MoneyTalksMoney
@MoneyTalksMoney 6 жыл бұрын
Thanks brother 🤝. When i fall off the map on my routines. Like gym or eating or just saying fuck it i don't want to do anything. I catch myself and realize whats happening. For example when im off track, the way i get back and feel motivated again is to find my "WHY" why do i read, why do i go to the gym etc. Remember motivation comes from the word MOTIVE. If you can find your why, you can condition yourself to be motivated to get back on track. I hope this helps. Stay positive J 👊💯

@MoneyTalksMoney
@MoneyTalksMoney 6 жыл бұрын
It all depends on you and your circumstance. Do you stay up late because your working on a task or have to put your baby to sleep ? . Or is it just because its hard to sleep. For me personally i just work on it gradually, sleep at 12 am to 11pm,10 pm etc. Also like i have said in the comments below is that maybe you work best at night. I have so many mentors and successful entrepreneurs that wake up at noon and sleep at 3 am 4 am because they work best at those times. It all matters on you my friend. I created this video to show you the benefits that work for me and others, but that still doesn't mean you can't crush it at night time. 👊 As long as you put in WORK it don't matter what time you sleep or wake up, I hope this helps 🤝💯

I was scrolling along the comments and saw no critics whatsoever, no hate ofcourse but do you go out at night sometimes? Cause that will make a routine like this one hard to keep up..
@MoneyTalksMoney
@MoneyTalksMoney 6 жыл бұрын
Hahaha of course I go out at night, im not a robot, im human just like you 😊. And for the routine, alot of people take this so seriously. There will be times that I won't be able to do all my rituals and thats ok, I just get back to focus mode and back on track. Also I created this video olmost a year ago and I switched it up abit since then. Instead of instant coffee, I make a pot of coffee and soon i will use a Keurig. And instead of affirmations and meditation, I do a priming breathing routine from Tony Robbins. To everyone that reads this comment, please don't take this to seriously, there are good pointers but just pick and choose what you would like to do for your rituals. And for time wise not everyone has to wake up at 430 or 5am to get this done it just works better for me. I know some of my mentors and multi millionaires that work all through the night till 3, 4 am and wake up at 12 noon and they crush it 💪. It all matters on your preference and situation, do what works for you guys. I hope this helped milkshakekoe until then keep kicking the shit out of everyday 💪🤝💯

Thanks for making this , I recently started waking up at 6 and going to the gym . I’m going to start 530 going forward because school started . Any tips on getting over my other morning rituals? Since I was a kid I always watched tv when I would wake up or have breakfast , now it’s youtube . It’s hard to break the habit

No problem Konradical. Don't be hard on yourself, i have a problem watching KZbin videos from time to time. Were not robot's, were humans so don't sweat it. Just try to work on not spending to much time on it. For me when i find that im watching to much KZbin, i just put on something that makes me grow, so its worth it . But it's funny, i would start with personal development like tony Robbins or brendon Burchard videos, and 2 hrs later i would end up watch Trump and Putin talking in a meeting. It can get addicting
