My momma is a dialysis warrior. She's going through haemodialysis from one year now. Came here to collect some informations about av fistula and now I feel like I can give a lecture on it after watching this.😅😅 Jokes apart, very informative one. Thanks a lot. It's a brave initiative. May God bless you.

This was great, thanks, I been tryin to find out about "what happens when you burst a blood vessel?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Ever heard of - Piyatalie Breathtaking Precedence - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? It is a smashing one of a kind product for discovering how to get rid of type two diabetes without the headache. Ive heard some decent things about it and my cousin got great success with it.

Cheers for the Video! Apologies for the intrusion, I am interested in your opinion. Have you ever tried - Reyameron Linkify Blitzkrieg (should be on google have a look)? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for learning how to avoid dialysis and boost your kidney health without the normal expense. Ive heard some amazing things about it and my old buddy Taylor finally got cool results with it.

Great Video clip! Excuse me for the intrusion, I would love your opinion. Have you considered - Reyameron Linkify Blitzkrieg (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? It is a good one off product for learning how to avoid dialysis and boost your kidney health minus the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my work colleague after a lifetime of fighting got astronomical results with it.

Very nice presentation, thank you. Who can I contact for obtaining permission to use the graphics on this video for educational purposes for dialysis nurses, please? Just the animation - I am trying to make them myself in flash as self-learner but it is taking too long - I tried the link above but couldn't go further with finding Dr Vachharajani contact email or something. Thanks.

At what age can children do fistula
@Booger69958 жыл бұрын
Excellent video. Thanks for posting. Am currently on hemo-dialysis (1yr). Have had 3 fistula attempts. One included 4 incision sites of left forearm. It ultimately did not develop and was replaced with graft which lasted for approx 3 months and also ultimately clotted. Moved to right forearm huge incision on bottom of forearm from below elbow to above wrist as well as incision 5 inches above wrist on palm side. It failed within 2 weeks and new incision just below elbow crease. It has gone pulsatile and having fistula gram as well as possible balloon to open it back up ASAP. Is it just my body or do all patients have to endure this? Am currently receiving dialysis thru perma cath in left upper chest near neck (4th one of these) as has been the case for most of my treatments. I am starting to have doubts to whether this will ever settle down. Any info would help me along with this. Feeling like a whittling stick at this point.

hi, as a new medical student, can i ask why is a AVF required for hemodialysis? wouldnt it be possible to access a artery directly(such as the radial artery or the brachial artery) to meet the flow rate requirement of the dialyser? thanks
@tusharvachharajani66038 жыл бұрын
Conventional hemodialysis is provided 3 times a week, requiring a large needle to be placed in a blood vessel 3 times a week. Cannulating an artery frequently can be traumatic and lead to permanent damage which can be disastrous. Instead by letting blood flow through a superficial vein by creating an AVF allows access through venipuncture. Moreover, any complications on the venous limb will not result in compromising distal limb perfusion unlike an arterial complication.
