I used to struggle to get started early in the morning.. As soon as you get up, do a couple of stretch exercises on a Yoga mat to get your body ready for the day : ) It really helps and makes you feel better early in the morning.

I don’t know if anyone has told you this, but the long pieces of your Pothos plant can be propagated and start new little shoots. Cut up the long leafless piece and cut them into 4-5” pieces. Each node has the possibility of sprouting new roots. Put them all together in a small glass or mason jar and place them in a sunny window. Within 4-6 weeks, you’ll have roots. Plant them once they have 2 or 3” roots!

A lot of what you're saying is so relatable, and reallllly resonates with me. I remember you mentioning in a video a few back that you had an adhd diagnosis but you weren't sure it was valid. I was diagnosed a couple of years ago, and so many things you do and say remind me of me. Obviously, I'm not a doctor and would never force a diagnosis on anyone, but there seems to be some merit there. Getting diagnosed helped me understand myself so much more than I ever thought possible, and I feel like a new person at 32. It may be worth exploring!
