I have a question, if you have waldenstroms, you been on rituxan and fludara, and my iGm went down, but my IGg his very low I have been getting IGg every month, that raises my numbers. but the chemo has never stop the cancer so my IGg has not gone up to normal. Is there something else they can do?

in 2017, standard treatment is with Bendamustine and then Retuxan, when the IGM gets low enough. Also Ibrutinib, is rapidly coming on the scene. Ibrutinib is not a cure. It's just a protein inhibitor that keeps IGM low. So ibrutinib, has to be taken every day (Standard dose 420 mg), and IGM will go back up once the inhibitor (ibrutinib) is stopped. ON deck, are cures with stem cells and immune system priming.
