Fun fact: Indian idol has left all it's credibility in the last 10 years. Now, the channel management interferes in the show too much. For eg: the guests and judges are instructed to not criticise the contestants at all (not making this up, even Sonu nigam said that he was asked to do this), the people who advance in the rounds are not based on talent only, it is by how much TRP they can give the channel, for eg: the channel people create fake love story narratives between contestants which contestants themselves do not look comfortable with, and then they do all kinds of drama like propose to each other and bla bla. 😂. Lastly, the performances are re-recorded in the studio before airing on television so that flaws in singing are removed perfectly. So, in a sense the performances fell lip sync (though not 100%) because the singers have all re recorded their performances🤦. FYI: Sonu nigam pointed exactly these things out once in his interview with some media and then there has been a huge fallout between Sonu and Indian idol team.

They may sing live but the telecast we see, may get edited. We are definitely not seeing everything live- the drama they insert and all ... there must be breaks between shooting.

Although there were manyyy favorites, my most favorite performances of this season were "sajde" by shivam and "saans" by senjuti.. Was super sad that senjuti wasn't in finals but it was a good season!

Bengal have more than your Gujarat. Gujarat recently maybe joined but bengal had have and will have talent which is unforgettable. Most iconic legendary artist are from bengal. Now time to time getting changed but still in list like shreya mam, arijit sir all bengal pride. Bengal always rule in singing and dancing talents from history to future. 🙂👍

This season 13 is the best indian idol so far because of so much talent this year... Debosmita the second place winner is the best singer so far among all idols put together..
