Walgreens announces plans to close 1,200 stores nationwide

Drugstore giant Walgreens has announced it will close 1,200 over the next three years - that's on top of 900 stores recently shuttered by CVS and another 800 by Rite Aid. NBC's Christine Romans reports for TODAY on the reason behind the closures and alternatives consumers can turn to.

If they close the stores on the Las Vegas strip that would hurt the visitors and business because they have items for people to help them enjoy the area. Those stores are often go to spots for me for drinks.
