Dear Paula, awesome! I think I have the groove! That was a great workout for me. A little faster in between and I also really like the 45 minutes. Also ideal for the upper body and arms and of course for an upright posture. I am feeling awesome :-)! Thank you so much Paula :-)! I will be doing this video regularly. It`s good that you always drink some water! I always drink with you. I also need this during my training and can therefore always take a short breath (only joking) :-). I really like this workout and remember doing it at least several months ago as well. It’s a great mix of cardio and strength, and I’m so glad it’s still available to watch. For my light weights, I used 2 Smucker’s Natural Preserves from my pantry-17.25 oz. Each! :) Your classes are a welcome change from the sometimes repetitive workouts at my local YMCA. If I lived in Alberta, I’d definitely sign up for classes with you.

HI Paula..... from Rockport, Texas - the little town that Hurricane Harvey tried to wipe off the map but we are back and better than ever. Love this new 45 min addition. Thank you so much for adding it. An excellent low impact and fun addition to my day. Your choreography is fun and stimulating for the brain as well.
