Please do more videos about overcoming binge eating. I have been dealing with this for over 40 years and still can’t get it under control. I can’t get answers anywhere. I’m on a very limited income and so paying for extra help is not an option for me. Please HELP

Thank you Kathleen! I want one of those WALKING PADS!!!! It would be perfect for me! Im a very young looking lol and acting 70 year old....Ive kept 92 pounds off for 15 year's!!!! BUT..... here and there, I do still binge eat not often and I always get right back on track. I ask myself all the time, " What caused that , " I don't care, I just want it feeling " I only come up with that I LOVE SUGAR SO MUCH and I just WANT IT". Nothing is bothering me, everything is basically ok, I just love the goodies. I know its MINDSET I need to work on, after all, Ive done it, I lost 92 pounds within a year 15 year's ago! My biggest problem is also is grocery shopping. I often cave in on Friday's when I shop for the week...and buy 2 or 3 little goodies like an L& L ( Len & Lary plant based cookie with 410 calories & of course to many carbs it puts me backwards in maintaining or losing a couple more pounds if I want. So lol, I need a babysitter when I grocery shop. I did buy "THE 100" book but want to finish another book Im almost done with. Thank you Kathleen. My top weight was 306 pounds before- age 29-30.after I had my son...luckily I got busy and with starving myself only drinking protein shakes thru a medical supervised Otifast program which is HORRIBLE, lost hair, musscle, awful. So I know what it feels like to be morbidly obese thank God it was very short lived or I most likely would not have lived to be 40. Im 5' 6" and weight distributed evenly at 160 Id like to lose another 5-8 pounds and always STAY there, no binge eating to blow everything Ive accomplished.❤

While I didn't walk with you the whole time, I did vacuum the whole time, +15 minutes! Thanks for keeping me company and in good spirits! I struggle with binge eating, too, so it was valuable time spent together.

My problem with binge eating is due to my menstrual cycle. It doesn’t matter how much protein I eat or water I consume, the pms demon prevails 😈 I have to take hydroxycut to kill the cravings. Otherwise I will binge for sure.

I get that. Hormones are wildddd. The key is planning. The more we plan for those days the less our mindset obsessed and the more we relax.

I agree with this! I can not binge eat for 2 weeks and a week before my period, I binge eat everything and go back 3 steps.

But what do u do when you're aware that you're binging, you've identified why, have all the approaches u need to be able to stop binging but still struggle to follow through w incorporating what u know u need to be doing? This is where I am rn and it's been hard

You need a solid plan and support system. That way you can get out ahead of the next binge. It’s exactly what I help clients with.
