Yes it is. It is created in a way that compliments digital planners. The ability to move from page to page quickly and the side menus that you can pull out when you need are attractive features. I know most people prefer goodnotes and I started there but until they make some improvements to accomodate digital planning better I will stay with Noteshelf.

I am not familiar with android but for noteshelf on ipad there is a drop down menu that has the option to change scrolling direction. It is at the top right indicated by three dots.
