I love these! My dog died last year (I’m still beyond sad😢) and although I walk 4-5 miles a day my step count has fallen dramatically. These workouts mean I can boost my step count quite nicely with a variety of videos to choose from 😊It’s not quite the same as walking my beautiful lab though……*sigh*

Have done for the last 2yrs...started off with the shorter 10mins then built up to 20mins (setting my alarm earlier!). A fab way to start the day.
