Fun fact: In the movie Bond drives from Lake Garda to Siena, which is almost 400 kilometers south, in his completely damaged and bullet-shattered Aston Martin. Even in Italy this wouldn't have gone unnoticed by police :)

Well done mate, are you coming to Garda lake too? They've shooted the initial part of the movie, where is he followed by the Alfa Romeo, with Mr White in the car. The road is called the "Gardesana" SP 18, the shoots were near the "Forra" of Tremosine, from Limone to the port of Tremosine and from Capo Tempesta di Torbole to Navene di Malcesine. But you will find a lot of german, dutch and english tourists, so you could not drive like him :))) Enjoy your stay here on the Garda lake!
