really helpful thank you, ive found this, burpee and wall balls the toughest, but i discovered i was holding my breath on each one of those so the breathing rhythm is crucial and hasbeen a game changer

Really good stuff Rich! Did my 1st in Dallas last month. The burpees and lunges both smashed me! Houston is in 10 weeks and those 2 movements are a priority. Thanks for the tips!

Ive realised that ive been letting my abductors do the work and therefore tiring quickly. By squeezing my glutes im learning to get them to do the work and therefore making the movement more manageable. Any thoughts?
