About time that they put a bus/bike only lane in over the bridge. They should almost start a bus only lane from the pottery business especially in season. I always rode my electric bike as far as the coast guard station and down by the shrimp boats because I always felt it was too busy going over the bridge and making a right turn at the bottom of the bridge

They're spending a lot of money. I'm curious about whether or not this is gonna work. I'm not one way or the other on it. I'm just curious to see if it's gonna work. I pray that it will because the traffic on the island people leaving and taking.Hour -2 hours is not good for any of us.

I can’t afford a new one and the stores that sell cheaply made ones are crap that i wouldn’t let a dog sleep one.

the converter you can sell on its own for sometimes decent money. find a core place they have precious metals inside them and large ones like that can be $500 to $800 in scrap value

@@removeitprosdemolition yeah not 100% sure on Fla but OEM converters are worth money as long as they have not been hollowed out easy way to see is cut pie either side of it and look inside if you see what looks like a screen in either end it's good. if scrap place is telling you any different than they are not the proper place. you really want to look into company's that are core recycle outfits

Everything in your shop is overpriced. You get this stuff for free and mark it up and then wonder why you can't sell it!

You Are Being Rude. That's funny we sell just shy of 1 million at year from our overpriced shop. I don't hear people saying what you are saying. They are thankful and amazed at the section and pricing. Some people want everything for free. Remember It still costs us to remove the items and market them.

No offense but really..... "lower economic classes" not treating the rental property well...c'mon that is overly simplistic and does not seem like your style. I get it, renters are a pain in the neck but if mom says "treat this place like you own it yourself" you think that lesson should stick whether you make $50k a year or $250k a year. Cynical me says you probably get more trashed rentals at the latter than the former, since they know they can afford to write you a damages check.
@removeitprosdemolition
@removeitprosdemolition 25 күн бұрын
Unfortunately, after thirty years a being a landlord, people typically take care of stuff better when they own stuff that they take care of. Basically, if they gotta pay for it, when they damage it, then they take care of it better. I don't know how else I could say this, but that's the truth, it's just the truth.
@removeitprosdemolition

@removeitprosdemolition By the way, I appreciate your opinion.I'm just telling you my opinion. And I felt the same way when I was broke as I feel now about taking care of stuff.

@@removeitprosdemolition No worries, I respect that but I felt like I needed to put that thought out there. BTW up until this year my family has rented the same place at the Jersey shore for like the past 10 years or so, the only reason we did not this year is that the family that owns the place got tied up in some internal drama due to some deaths in the family and handling all the necessary details. They've said they like us as repeat renters since we have been proactive to call them on issues we experience, which while few and far between (one year it was the dishwasher leaking as the heating coil melted the plastic tub, another year we thought it was the cable not working but actually turned into a major issue with the electrical connection to the pole!), we let them know ASAP.
