Convenience stores in Japan are really well stacked, great variety of products to choose from, it really is amazing. Thank you again for the awesome walk tours.

There is nothing in the US that compares to a conbini. The selection and quality at a random Family Mart is better than most US full sized grocery stores. Food in Japan in general is much cheaper than the US but conbinis take it to a different level. 25% of my meals came from conbinis while visiting Japan and the tonkatsu from 7/11 is better than any katsu I've had in the US. And I don't understand why the US doesn't sell those mini pancakes here, they would sell like... hot cakes. Japanese people are probably appalled by 7/11s in the US when they visit.

Thank you for your comment, it is very refreshing to hear a comment from your US perspective. For some Japanese, the hot dogs at 7/11 in the US are larger and very attractive😄

do this convenience store sell umbrellas? or just food only? I really need umbrella and thinking of getting it in Japan as I'm coming during the beginning of rainy season.

90% überflüssiger Industrieschrott wie bei uns in Deutschland. Fragt euch mal wieso früher die Menschen älter geworden sind.
