Britt we could hear the sizzle as the cool water hit your hot skin )))) Please be careful when charging the electric bike A friend did all kind of research before he bought one for his son. A month ago his house burned. They came home from church and were eating lunch. They smelled smoke from garage, he opened the door and the battery exploded throwing burning material on him and the whole garage. The fire dept was there in less than 5 minutes and they still lost the garage. a master bedroom and bath. There is not a fire extinguisher made that will put out a lithium battery fire! Also nycity had over 200 fires last year caused by bikes, scooters and boards last year. Please leave it where you will be able to get out of your house in case of it exploding.

Sometimes with the bigger logs you just have to keep turning and whittling them down. Otherwise you have to half or quarter them. Good job sawing 👍

During the first half of the video I was going to complain that there were not enough scenes with Miss Brittney. But the second half made up for it. Thank you for sharing. Cute little doggie. I had a Yorkie Shiz Tu but he died in March. Had him since he was six weeks old. He would have been 14 in May. I sure do miss my little Marshmallow 😢 Corn looks great. Love and God Bless 🤗💖🙏

Even though my sawmill is a manual mill, I enjoy the bigger logs myself because of the yield they make. The biggest one so far on my sawmill was around 32 or 33 inches. Awesome video y'all!

Hello: I have a 1998 LT40 and have found that on big logs if you leave the stops down a bit it allows the log to shift to the left a little and that gives you more room to cut before you hit the blade guide arm. The log weight will prevent the log from hoping over the stops. Terry in MN

When skinning a dirty log try to have the blade enter on a clean face and exit through the bark. That will allow the dirt to leave without dragging it along with the teeth through the kerf. It was very enjoyable to watch!

I was a sawfiler for a sawmill for 20 years. When you showed the hole where the bolt had been, I had flashbacks. 🤣 That could potentially destroy an industrial bandsaw blade. Great work on that big log.

@williamlowry12744 ай бұрын
on those large logs think about lowering the log stops somewhere below the midpoint of the log, then pushing the log up against the lowered stops. You can center the log on the mill that way and use the the extra space you had on your left side and made more space on the right.

They say when Bees are gathering the pollen they won't sting you. I'm guessing that right because one year i planted 4 acres of Vetch and there were thousands of BUMBLE BEES and I walked thru the vetch with short pants and flip flops and never got stung and they acted like they didn't notice I was even there.

I dint know anything about what you are doing. Are you climbing up on the mill to look down the side to see if the mill is going to hit the log? Maybe bolt on one of those big school bus sized round mirrors on the right side of the mill so the operator can see down the blind side to make sure the bandsaw frame isn't going to hit the log?
