I love the .45 for conceal carry. Is it heavy. Yes. Is it cumbersome to carry? No. Should I carry this in winter cloths? Yes. Should I carry a .45 during the summer? Yes. I have owned Colts. You can not beat a colt. No way!! I have carried a Taurus .45 24/7. A very sweet smooth & accurate weapon. I now carry the Walther .45 PPQ. Ladys & gentlemen, This is the perfect .45 cal. on the market. Holding this weapon is like holding you're own junk in you're hand. The trigger is the best in the .45 business. The only draw back is that it shoots so well, you will run out of ammo shooting it. I am becoming a Walther exclusive owner.

I own numerous stiker fire polymer pistols and can say without a second of hesitation, my two PPQ M2s (9mm and the new 45ACP) are by far my favorite. I can confirm what our friend hickok45 says "it's hard to miss". This gun, like is 9mm little brother, is an AMAZING weapon. Trigger is something of perfection, ergonomics are wonderful and accuracy is crazy awesome. If you haven't had the chance to shoot a PPQ, and you like the striker fire polymer pistols, you're missing out! Buy one, you won't regret it!!!

I own a ppq m2 9mm, pickup my ppq q5 match tomorrow, ppq m2 45 next, wife has a glock 380, she bought me a 43 for my b day, I just don’t like glock as much I shoot them high, it’s so hot in Texas I like the small size of the 43 in the summer, I’m considering a sig 365 instead, but I always opt for my ppq when I can conceal it over the others.

I got my own PPQ M2 last week, and I couldn't be happier. I was leery about a first-effort .45 from a maker famous for its "little" guns in Euro-wuss calibers. Also, I had never even shot a striker-fired or polymer gun, having been a 1911 man since 1976. But I couldn't be happier. I don't know how Walther did it with a high-cap .45, but its grip feels almost small in my hand, and fits like a dream. And it shoots even better, a natural pointer with a perfect trigger and wonderful sights. And as far as aesthetics go, it's a gorgeous gun, and not too big to be carried concealed. I love this gun. And your video is one of the major reasons that I bought it. Thanks.

Dear gun people in the USA, enjoy this gun, because Walther made it only for you(you cannot find the .45 on the German Walther homepage). According to a German gun magazine, the trigger pull weight is 2.5 Kilogramm (around 25N), and the way for trigger reset around 3mm or .12 inch.

Hickok45 I shot the PPQ this weekend. You are right on about this awesome gun. My student brought it to qualify with and he generously offered it to me. I was able to keep a 2" group at 10 yards firing fairly rapidly. The trigger is superb. For right out of the box accuracy, it rivals any CZ I have owned. Keep those reviews coming. Thanks!

I own both the 9mm and the new 45acp. As hickok45 says, it's almost impossible to miss with these guns. Both are absolutely amazing shooting guns. The triggers are near perfect, balance is great and reliability is flawless. I just bought the new Ruger American 9mm, and although it's a good gun, my PPQs are still my favorites. let me start off by first saying that a handgun is meant for close quarter combat or self defense situations it's not a weapon designed to shoot at long range distances. FBI and law enforcement statistics will show that 9 times out of 10 a handgun shooting is from 10 feet away or less. So this demonstration of accuracy is beyond what most would need a handgun to perform.. but I am so thankful to hikcok45 for doing these demonstrations. his videos are the most educational in my opinion and I trust his judgement on a firearm which is why my next purchase will be the walther ppq in 45 acp.

I own the PPQ M2 9mm and it is awesome. I have a safe full of handguns from Glocks, M&P, STI, Colts, Kahr, Springfields, and Kimber. Nothing compares with the shootability of the PPQ. I guess you just sold me on the .45!

Just got mine today and will be shooting it tomorrow. I paid $600 plus tax. Was hard to find. I live in a population of 250k people and there was one shop out of 12 that said they had one in the warehouse. I jumped at the chance and am pleased. The quality is incredible, can't wait to go shoot it tomorrow! 12 round was a little tight but very easy compared to my .40 and my pmr 30 (30 round 22 Mag). I own the Glock and the M&P and this one seams even to be even better quality and I love the grip! Can't go wrong with this one! =)

Really good shooting and a great way to have coffee in the morning and watch a positive, fun, data filled video again from a quality channel. +Funky Fresh I love my P99 AS models. Full size and compact. It's an oldie-ish now but the reason the PPQ is so good is that it's based off the P99, which is wonderful. I'd love for him to do a P99 AS video. It's such a unique polymer pistol with it's trigger system and de-cocker, it deserves video.

I had the predecessor, the P99 in 9mm. I never shot it as well as I shoot a Glock, but the short reset trigger was awesome. It was actually the only gun that ever got me a talking to by a range officer about keeping the rate of fire down...

+Pablo668 The Gong is 80 yards IIRC. I think everything in front of the hanging minigongs is less than 20 yards Close-up targets are 10 yards or less. The steel rams, pigs, chickens, are between 30-60 yards and the red plate on the left side of the range is about 60 yards.

+s Can Well, they have a lot more need to defend themselves in the US, since crimes are off the charts. And sadly what you say is not really true, only 2% of rapes end in a conviction, so if you cannot prove a rape in 98% of all cases that would mean that in 98 times out of 100 women would be unable to prove that they actually acted in self defense. I haven't seen any studies that show that guns actually prevent rape.

I love watching your channel. Each and every video is packed with useful info and comparisons. I just picked up the Walther PPX 9mm after watching you review on it. I paid 285 dollars for it with threaded barrel and 2 mags. I love it one of the best triggers ive ever pulled cant beat it for the money for a range or home efense firearm.
