I watched your video before my trip and I'm watching it again now that I'm in Seoul because of the quality! I just went to Vegan Kitchen yesterday and it was amazing and so affordable. I spent 10,000 won on a main that was filling enough for me. I hope you get to go in the future.

@@skatingcanuck9837are they always vegan? Thank you for all the info so far!
@skatingcanuck9837Ай бұрын
@@marianaklober8182 You're welcome. Most banchan are vegetarian, but not all are vegan. It depends what the flavouring agents are. For example there is a soybean sprout banchan I make that contains fish sauce. There are fish sauce substitutes at the Korean market these days. So if you are making them yourself you can make many vegan, but if you are eating them at a Korean restaurant it is hard to know which are vegan unless you are well versed in Korean food. There are some Korean cooking youtube channels with vegan recipes. Hope this helps.

Vegan donuts look so yummy and you look so happy and enjoying eating a variety of vegan foods both savory and sweet. But you should probably be healthy and not eating too much because you look so fit, firm and lean.
