You can't have that much fun, with an electric or a tesla that sounds like a vacuum. Hybrid is a different story since they sound pretty cool in Le mans. We are always going to suffer from overpopulation and environment issues, forcing electric will cause more harm than good since I guarantee people will lose their jobs related to gasoline. It's frustrating that how we deal with our wastes and tearing down forests for expansion is not part of the discussion. Just oil or gasoline...

I have but one gripe with this show: WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED TO THE HAND DRAWN CARS, DID THE MAN HAVE A STROKE OR WHAT? The CGI cars are very well detailed an accurate to their real life counterparts, but the hand drawn cars, especially the Testarossa in one episode looks like what a ten year old would draw a Ferrari.

Which of the two wins depends on conditions. On a mountain pass, Takumi wins. Even though Akio has gone to a touge before and has beaten a racer there, he is simply not as skilled as Takumi is on the mountain. On a highway, Akio wins. His Z is about 400 horses more powerful than the 86 is, so there it's a guaranteed win. Don't get why this is even debated to be honest.
