The smaller split on the turbo pipe going up to the intercooler is for the blow off valve to the intake pipe.

You should get a dual belt alternator pulley since you are removing the air pump to make sure it won't slip with just 1.

One way to figure out where some of the ports _may_ be is to put air into one port, and see where it comes out. Won't help with all ports, but would identify what area that it's working with. (Air, Water, Oil) etc

Do not block off the nipple on the oil filler. That needs to go to a catch can or dump it out the back of the car. Crank case needs to breathe and not be pressurized.

This video is now 4 months old, so this is probably not helpful. The pipe at the base of the oil filler is the breather and goes to a charcoal canister. The pipe on the top of the oil filler is an overflow and, on my FC at least, has a short bit of hose to direct the oil to the ground.

Get a piece of rope/wire, wrap it around the pulleys and when you are happy with it, remove and measure. I did this way when I needed the belt, even like this I had to order three times that belt. Why you are not closing that garage door, and heat up that garage? Unfortunately I can't help you with this engine.

Closing the door makes very little difference to temperature. I'd rather have the extra light.

@@ScottRods I have installed a MrCool mini split, and it makes a huge difference.
