@@latifismail7631 Mate, let's be real doesn't mate who you are, or where you are, someone filming for a logn period of time of a building and area and cars you are at, is going to cause suspicion, whether it's to Police and their station or a small cake shop and its car park. If I saw this man outside my workplace, I'd be concerned thinking worst case he may be seeing if he can steal a car or something. Hence why journalists (many) for example have a badge or shirt or some form of identity to calm suspicion.

Not impressed with the fact they don't have an enquiry desk. Considering the amount of police vehicles in the car park,they must have enough staff to help the public. Exeter isn't exactly just down the road.
@powertotheproletariat
@powertotheproletariat Жыл бұрын
Very true, and if you rely on public transport and get the train to Exeter it is then quite a distance to Sidmouth Rd. All in all you'd be looking at a couple hours there and back, plus the time you spend at Exeter station so you'd need most of the day clear just to go to the enquiry office. Craziness.

Nothing wrong with the officer. Yet instead of something like "great audit" for a title, you just had to drop a clickbaited one. I like some auditors and usually yourself but the want for extra views instead of a more integral title is a shame. Fair play for showing them up when they're bad interactions (most of them) but I feel the same respect should be given when they're good ones. Like I say really enjoy your usual uploads, keep up the good work

great video and interaction. Very interesting and actually two audits for the price of one. The JobCentre deserves a shout out for the fact that PTTP was left alone and it wasn't full of G4S type security guards. This looks like an old fashioned type town where people were respectful. I think a lot of such places are at a risk of being affected by second homes, high house prices, older demographic that will change the balance of such places, for example getting staff on lower wages etc. Great work PTTP.

Now we all know why they try and get your property (name) it’s because they think you are a murders or criminal On the land called England “every man and woman is innocent in till proven guilty, not guilty in till proven innocent” You have the right to not self incriminate but they Don’t say that they say you have the right to remain silent. so that tells you don’t talk to them what so ever they are their to trap you and if the man or woman seized (legal and lawful)property from you always get a receipt 🧾 from them with their signature and the name of the man or woman,permanent station then send the man or woman a invoice the next day and a letter of notice to return your property and that with will require (right and Authority) fair compensation if my property is not put back to its original place of origin

Can you just go passed an 'access restricted' sign in the UK? I know in the US there is a difference in restricted persons or restricted vehicles, but in case of restricted person you can clearly not go there (in the US)
@TheSadButMadLad
@TheSadButMadLad Жыл бұрын
In the UK there is nothing in law that makes it a crime to ignore such a sign. All it does is give the owner or user of the property more of a reason to eject someone. It doesn't give them a reason from the get go to use force. Force must always be appropriate, proportionate and necessary. Trespass is a civil matter (except for aggravated which requires active interference with the goings on on the property) and also not a binary issue. So one foot one foot on the property means nothing. Go further on to the property, past restricted signs, or closed doors etc and more can be done to remove the person. It's a spectrum.
@stuartb4525
@stuartb4525 Жыл бұрын
Yes we can. Most likely at some point you will be asked to leave, which one should. As Sad said if you refuse, reasonable force can be used. Similar to the US, but the person won't be getting cited or anything if they leave.
@jophillips8230
@jophillips8230 Жыл бұрын
It is considered very rude but it is not against the law unless you refuse to leave when asked and create problems for the landowner. Most people in the UK respect private property but some people don’t (ie auditors, burglars etc).
