True 100% correct but most cops are oblivious to the law when it comes to public photography etc they think you are pulling out a gun a knife a machine gun Kalashnikov etc what retards their training is to lie to the members of the public and make up shit in general as they go along etc most cops are corrupt bent liars pathological bullshitters corrupt etc but then again there are exceptions this policeman was very good he understood the law that's why he didn't abuse his authority etc

Marti, I have looked up this information on the SIA website and the SIA licence requires them to use the least minimal force necessary. The website uses words like unnecessary, excessive and unlawful, but I couldn't find any information about reasonable force. The amount of force that is reasonable, is relative to the situation in hand. As you notice, the police officer is using the absolutely bare minimum amount of force and getting better results. Would you use the same amount of force in a game of marbles, that you would use in ten-pin bowling...? The force is considered reasonable in the bowling, but the same amount of force in the game of marbles, would just smash and destroy. Then the force becomes unnecessary and excessive... and uncalled for...! The SIA website is an absolute goldmine of information, on what security guards can and can't actually do. Definitely well worth a visit...!
@tangomoggynoengi8518
@tangomoggynoengi8518 2 жыл бұрын
@@tomalex4806 Your reply almost sounds like a threat... It may be private property, but the building in question has publicly accessible areas and those were the ONLY areas the guys were in. Could you show me which law it is that allows the use of reasonable force... and who is it that decides what is and isn't considered reasonable please...?! In a building that has publicly accessible areas, how can you be trespassing, if you are ONLY accessing those areas...? Unfortunately as soon as you attack/push/shove/touch anyone in anything other than a controlled manner whilst trying to eject them, you are guilty of assault (and battery) and place yourself at risk of prosecution by the aggrieved party themselves...! Reasonable force is subjective and considered opinionated. Who is to say when the force stops being reasonable and starts becoming excessive...? THAT is why only MINIMAL FORCE is taught and advised...!
