The Goldlust upgrade was bugged in this version, as Goldlust could only target vulnerable towers, and I had just turned the towers invulnerable. There was another bug with the Coins of Steel upgrade that made the creeps get harder as you upgraded it. Changing the way you upgrade is one thing I want to do, and upgrading via items was definitely on my list. I also considered adding direct upgrades to towers but hesitate because of overlap with items. Lately I'd been focused on making the map run better, as players had FPS issues, especially with the immense amount of units on the map due to tower spamming.

The items are a problem too :v I mean, so much towers, and so low quantity of items xD I'm pretty sure that you can play like 1 hour or two hours in the game and never fill all your towers with items xF

I believe I can circumvent that limitation by having 1 item type representing each player's upgrades, and then adjusting that item's gold cost whenever you buy 1 of them

hmmm so Zeuses strat for gold TD is maximum tower space. while some might put market and research in the corners of the tower area. since in order for them to be effective, it will take quite an investment into the range upgrade early on

Might be possible that market and research can only be placed on dirt only like goldmines - didn't play the game though, so idk if true

@@MenardiChan no, you can place them on the green. i recommended the map on his discord. played the map twice. first time, i rushed mines died early. second time, i managed to survive till the Goal required but i was second. others died the player that beat me filled the dirt are with only mines, he placed his market and research at the end of maze. i placed mine in the top and bottom right corners. i didnt put as much mines as the player who beat me. it was a huge gap though..

Goldplosion is crazy good early, because you kill units very fast. It falls off later tho

if goldplosion damage increase exponentially as it get upgrades, it may be good. Otherwise, it is a waste of money just as bloodlust

@@Weigazod it doesn't. The first few upgrades are cheap and worth it. Makes the beginning really easy so you can invest

@@Weigazod it's still good without the exponential damage though? Just for the early game only. You said it's only good if it increases exponentially.

@@xRiseAndFall. Yeah, to me even with its current cost. It is still not worth investing in it early game. It is not like the enemy are many enough for me and the upgrade cost just increase each level so it's a no. I really wish each level the damage is increase by the level x 50. So the difference between level 39 and 40 will be 2000 damage and between 99 and 100 will be 5000.
