Not a fan of exalted weapons. There is already too many warframes with these. I only enjoy Ivara's 4th.

I put 2 shards on mine 150 more health and 15 to strength. This opened a mod slot while keeping 100% armor strip on one cast. I got adaption with either primed vigor, armor or carnis carapace. Also added arcade guardian. Its like 80% damage reduction plus the adaption you take barely any damage. 119 duration 120 efficiency 160 range and 170 strength with corrosive projection acting as strength. I tried to do brief respite but it doesn't come out as good. I'm not saying this is the best but it's the best I could do with what I got.

I just double checked my build I was a tiny bit off. I got 128 duration 130 efficiency 175 range and 170 strength. This is steel path viable. Also uses the rakta dark dagger it gives invisibility restores shields and over shields. Get it from red veil or trade chat.

To me Styanax is one of those frames that were designed so well that they don't require anything subsumed onto them. His kit is absolutely fantastic as it is. Your build is interesting, though I wouldn't personally use it.

I don't know why but there's something cool about the way he plays, I normally don't care much about which warframe I take to missions (also more of a weapons guy) as most of them have generic builds on, unless I want to do somethig specific, but since he came out I've found myself more and more stoping before a mission thinking "wait no, lets take Styanax"

A cheap way to get the 100% strip is str at 168 from umbral intensity with corosive projection aura

I have a 1 Forma Build I have Helminth Pillage in his 1 Two casts of Pillage does a full armor strip, One Cast of Tharros Strike does a full armor strip Corrosive Projection Primed Continuity, Augur Secrets, Boreal's Hatred, Adaptation Primed Flow, Stretch, Umbral Intensify, Streamline Molt Efficency & Molt Augmented

I replaced his 2 with Pillage to refill my shields, reset shield gate, clear status affect and strip defenses. That lets me keep the same theme, but with an arguably better ability. Also I think you're right his 4 counts as being in the air cuz I've seen a few people run the Aerodynamic aura, aviator, & adaptation and that sounds like a ton of fun on like a huge duration themed setup. Might have to give that a go.

He's not really had a nerf. One exploit patch. One quality of life change. One "nerf" with the ultimate recasting, though doing that is not even really effective to begin with. If your best option for every situation is a 3k slash proc barrage, I think you're lacking in weaponry. Such is the problem of handing out free shit that's out of line of their other options.

Styanax is the first frame in a long time where people have wildly different builds from the get go and use the more niche mods like sets and aviator on a non-Zephyr. And he has a great variety or viable subsumes depending on playstyle. Might be the best designed Warframe yet.

Stupid question maybe, but isn't Augur Accord better than Boreals Hatred? You miss the ability efficiency but you get more shields

I'm sad that he can't fly anymore, and upset that he can't use abilitys during his 4. In his tips section it says you can throw your cc 1st ability while using his 4.

Isn't his passive not all that good? I think you get like 2%crit chance per 250 or 400 shields, im not sure tho

It made me scourge prime build with with next to no crit chance garantee yellow-orange crits so I'd say it's pretty good

with out over shield when you go max shields thats just a free 15%-20% crit chance bump on all weapons, on top of their crit mods. basically just pushes crit builds further and gives some free crits to status builds. VERY useful. with over shield, you can completely break the game.

Seeing what ability you can get from Styanax just makes me sad we can't subsume two abilities onto the same Warframe. I get the "it'd be unbalanced" argument but considering Gara, Khora, Banshee, and other Warframes that can easily push the limits of the game, it seems like a mute point. I think we should have the freedom to re-kit our Warframes however we want. Given the subsume system, at least you'd have to work for the ability to break the game unlike other frames *cough cough*

Tbh his shield passive should be slower but flat and it would be worth it , ps use arcane Arachne and or vig swap - his 4 is affected by both, also roar is better than breach surge as it will double dip twice due to his 4 being an ability coded as a weapon
