Please keep the training series going. Inspiration comes in all forms. We all need that little jolt sometimes to put goals, should there be any, into a perspective.

Hi Josh, I would love to hear you talk about how you approach, controlling your breath through the movements, and particularly when a heart rate is way up, or when doing heavier stuff for higher reps. Seems like controlling your breath is a key part that isn’t talked about all that much. I really love your videos. Thanks for posting them.

Had a tough workout yesterday and your advice in a previous video helped so much. Instead of getting overwhelmed, I changed the approach in my mind to focus on only finishing the set before me. Then once completed I did the same for the next round. Before I knew it what I thought I definitely couldn’t complete, I had. It’s amazing how focusing on the mental aspect of pain can improve performance. Thanks!

Very interesting getting warm up before stenght work. Always hard to get all that weight on my shoulders at first. These warm ups works wonder.

I've been doing the Burpee Box Get Overs for a few years now. Had a mate say to me that it doesn't do much. I said try 200 for time at 30" let me know after. He ate his words Nice job
