Jogging and jumping as warmups usually leave me way too tense to dance afterwards or I literally cannot move. This one was very helpful, thank you! I'm going to start practice now and report back any good differences. 😊 I think this video cut out at the end. Will there be a part two or a re-upload?

Thank you . Yes we checked now, I think there was some technical fault . Sorry for this. This was the last exercise . The part where I ended by saying that you are now ready to practice dance was cut . Thanks for bringing it to our notice
