Common belief is it’s due to the monitor being too cold on start up. There’s a component that might be extremely sensitive to temperature. My 32 in Samsung does this exact thing

hey this happen to me aswell as i researched, if its cold it gets worse. i am looking into a way to speedup its so annoying hehe

I have the same problem with my Samsung.

Yea, as long as I give it a couple mins to warm up, it's fine after - it has not gotten "worse" in years. Still using it fine. If it's been days since power up, it takes 10 mins or so to charge up, but that's a rare thing.
