I have a several year old Warn 16.5ti and somehow managed to break off the 1 bolt attaching point section for the relay box to the winch housing. I'm not sure what this cover is made out of but it obviously isn't designed to take any stress whatsoever. Calling Warn support to see if I could replace just the cover and was told I would have to buy the ENTIRE RELAY PACK, Wiring and Cover assembly - they don't sell the cover separately and they want $455 for the entire works. I've owned Warn products for years and was really surprised (and disappointed) to find that I'd have to spend that kind of money for what looks like a $30 item. I also have an older Warn M8000 in a Cradle that I've used to death and it's never disappointed me. Considering Warn's "Tradition" of making durable components, to experience this failure on the 16.5ti and the cost to rectify it amazes me. The cover looks like it would be difficult if not impossible to repair (Heli arcing some kind of replacement piece to cast Aluminum just doesn't work well) so I'm in a quandary as to where to go from here. I guess they just don't make them like they used to.

I hate Americans because they are so lazy to put a web store or a direction for buy it. Other way, I really love Americans tools. As you said you get what you pay for 🛠️

Hi from Oamaru New Zealand. What do you suggest for my 2012 Nissan Navara ( Frontier ) D40 diesel?. Is there a baby version of this?. I would like the Xeon Platinum remote control version.
