Hi! Unfortunately, no brand of lenses is impervious to heat damage. Polycarbonate lenses tend to have a better chance of surviving a day in the heat though.

I leave like 4 pairs of my glasses on the dashboard at all times besides when im wearing one of them. Never noticed any issues whatsoever.

My Shaw lenses just went through crazing sitting in the same place! I’m distraught! $316.00/lense and they don’t accept any insurance. My chest hurts!😭

That's no fun! Were your glasses in the heat and/or cold for extended periods? We've found that can happen if left in temperature extremes for long periods of time.

Today I kept my glasses inside the car. I kept it inside the case which was kept inside my bag. The bag was not even under direct sunlinght. After 4 hours I found lines in the lens. I bought it only 2 weeks ago. I am crying 😭😭😭😭.

Oh no! The temperature in your bag must have gotten to the point where the lens crazed. I would suggest taking the glasses back to have the lenses remade if possible!

I had 2 uses before this happened I'm not happy about it. Happened in FOCO too lol.

Leaving you glasses in the car on hot days will do this to the lens no matter how high quality it is. Plastic frames can also melt in hot cars.

Heat and chemical stress will crack your lenses. I'd suggest not leaving your glasses in the car on hot days!
